Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange as long as the product is unopened. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. No refund is offered for products returned after thirty days of the original purchase date or if the product is open. All returns are subject to inspection. inspection is intended to ensure that a returned product is fully functional, readable, and fit for its intended re-sale. In the event we determines that a returned product is defective, no refund will be processed. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Shipping Calculator:

  • 1 lb and under: $3.99
  • 1.01 lb-3.0 lb: $5.99
  • 3.01 lb-5.0 lb: 7.99
  • 5.01 lb-10 lb:$9.99
  • 10.01 lb and up: $11.99
  • Most orders are shipped out same or next day except on holidays and Sundays.
  • USPS/UPS does not deliver on holidays or Sundays. During these days, the tracking information will not change.
  • Every customer will be provided with a tracking number to track their package.
  • All orders will be shipped via USPS unless too big. In this case, the package will be shipped UPS.
  • Orders under 13 oz. will be shipped First Class Mail. All orders over 13 oz. will either be shipped in a Flat Rate Box, Priority Mail or Parcel Post (Which ever option is the lowest).
  • You can upgrade to any shipping you want for the cost of it. Just send a message with the order and we will quote you a price. If email is not answered in 2 days of our quote, we will ship the item out normally.
  • We do ship to verified APO/FPO military addresses.
  • If a product is not recieved an it shows in the tracking information that it got lost somewhere on the route, we will ship you out a new package after 30 days of the shipping date.
  • If an item is shipped and shows it’s “delivered” in the tracking information we are not responsible for it if it gets stolen from your mailbox or you say it was not delivered.
  • We will charge you a $9.99 fee for shipments that are incorrectly addressed due to customer’s error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error, e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $9.99 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction. At this point, you can either pay the cost to send the order back out or we will refund you the cost of order minus shipping. This will only happen if we receive the package back, if we do not we will not be able to offer a refund.
